Great experience, we ate an Irish dinosaur steak with 40 days of aging and it was really delicious, tender and very tasty. Fabrizio's performance at the stove was top notch as always, the meat was cooked to perfection, the meat arrived accompanied by two different types of salt, one wholemeal smoked and the other flavored with white truffles and there were also two sauces, one with wine and the other with parsley, really delicious. Vote 10.

My wife ordered a beef fillet and I had an entrecôte with a small side dish. Plus a fine Primitivo di Maduria from the area.
Through the large window directly in front of us we watch the experienced grill master preparing our food. Really great.
At the end an espresso and a grappa from the house are offered. The price: sensationally cheap.
